Lawyers go against lawyers like cops go against cops. There is bound to be a conflict of interest when you attempt to have one lawyer go against another. What I would do instead is to attempt to get an "investigative reporter," from your local tv station, involved in publicizing your difficulty. You are bound to then get someone to listen to you. Lawyers who do not represent the best interests of their clients, or commit acts which are unethical will then do virtually anything to avoid the publicity which will be generated. Almost every big tv network or affiliate has a kind of human interest division who acts as the "ombudsman" of the viewing public. Give it a try because it sounds as if you are now at a standstill. doowopdoowah@musician.org
