I know how Nancy feels. I have been married for 34 years and in
divorce proceedings now. I have no income, My husband is making
the house payments now but all of our money goes directly to
him. He is retired from GM and has a good pension. My attorney
is doing nothing for me. She is letting his attorney call the
shots and intimidate me. He is now calling in friends and
family for depositins, my trial date is Aug 27. I am in Kansas
City Mo. Should I fire my lawer now and hire a new one or is it
to late?
