The neighborhood widow reeled in my sick ill father right after my mother died. I was the only child with no children. This widow took over everything and got her relative attorney to assist my father against me. It took me 4 years and 4 attorneys later to have him fired. I ended up losing $70K and have had HORRIBLE attorneys. The first 3 were in the same little TX town so I found one in my town. My latest attorney took 2 1/2 years to settle everything and I lost almost everything bar buying my own family home back. I am disgusted with attorneys, judges and the whole enchilada. The US is a greedy country and I am totally disappoointed. WHERE ARE THE GOOD attorneys? I think they ALL THINK they are saints but they are like organized religion...making the rules to suit their agenda!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have considered contacting the media...maybe you should do the same...even AARP!!! It's terrible the way greedy humans are distroying families that, so called AMERICANS, are supposed to respect. The elderly are taken advantage of. Speaking of respect, I have NO RESPECT for the legal system. If attorneys valued their positions they would fight more to clean it up. However, these days, NO ONE CARES unless it happens in their own backyard. I wish you luck. Lisa in Texas
