    Read your state statutes -free at megalaw.com then go to the
    county of your fathers death/residence and read the court
    rules., do the below first.

    These things take time-because the lawyer churns and delays,
    the creditors notice can be placed by you and creditors can
    respond to you-pick up a local paper and read one of the
    notices-do it yourself and send a copy to the court. Just copy
    the form. Judges do not issue anything except to act upon what
    your attorney sends the court. The delay is your attorney.
