    Post: mortgage trustee fraud

    i recently lost my home and i feel (as IM sure every one
    does) that there was foul play at hand. brief overview: my
    home was being foreclosed on i filed a chapter 13 they sold
    it anyway the sale was supposed to be rescinded it wasn't
    they sold it again using old paper work and false filings
    (1) the attorney for the mortgage CO, hired a trustee
    a.k.a. themselfs,to handle the sale (2) they received a
    lift of stay by saying my property was worth 70,000.00 and
    that i had 210.00 in equity, i have spoken to the appraiser
    of the property and he said "off the record" that 70,000.00
    was crazy and not the amount he appraised that i needed an
    attorney and that i wasn't the owner of the property for
    some time an expert in the area says 240,000.00 was his
    opinion minus the 51,000.00 owed leaves me 190,000.00 (3)
    they used a title report obtained 9/15/01 to sell my home
    on 12/17/02 it didn't included several things including two
    leans one rescinded sale or a quick claim deed sale (4)
    they rescinded the sale from 1/24/02 on 12/19/02 but heres
    a kicker it was filed under a trustee deed upon sale, it
    rescinds a sale to the mortgage company, and says its
    voiding the prior sale, which would be the 12/17/02 sale. i
    feel that since i was in court 29 days after the voided
    sale they couldn't have continued the sale thus breaking
    the chain right? and we all know they used the old title
    report because a new one would show i wasn't the owner the
    last 11 months what do you think? i recently lost my home
