Does an Attorney have any legal responsibilities to
disclose dishonest acts that he is aware of against his or
her client.
Does a defending Attorney have any legal obligation to
disclose the fact that a dishonest act is taking place.
In the event that neither attorneys disclose the dishonest
and possibly fraudulent act, are the attorney's as guilty
as the person that did the act, and what actions can be
taken against the attorney's
