    Dear Cali,

    Contact the person in the Sheriff's department who has to
    do with sex crimes. Report what you know to that person. The
    sheriff's department will do its own investigation and make a
    report to the D.A. Tell the sheriff's deputy in charge that
    the prosecutor is refusing to do his job. Go over the head of
    the prosecutor that you say is dragging his feet, who is
    guilty himself of malfeasance in ofice. Best of luck!
