If things are as you say, one avenue would be to file a
complaint against the attorney with the bar association-if
you can show he was complicit in offering a forged document
to the court. Sounds like he got caught and bailed. Another
avenue is to document everything and make your complaint to
law enforcement authorities such as sheriff's department or
city police, whoever has jurisdiction.
