Most will tell you to file a grievance against your attorney
with the local Bar Assoc. Good luck to you on your quest! I
know of an instance when an attorney filed - and obtained -
an emergency stay in Appellate Court on fraudulent grounds.
The attorney even signed the petitioned herself! The lie was
exposed, the stay was reversed, the appeal denied and the
case remanded to the lower court. A grievance was filed
against the attorney in question and the Bar Assoc. ruled
that "she did not present a danger to the public." HA HA
HA!!! And Martha Stewart is being canned for perjury!

You have to remember that the system is created and operated
for lawyers and by lawyers. Also, please keep in my mind
that, in exchange for a license to practice law, lawyers must
first surrender their scruples, conscience and heart.
