judge diane hall in santa maria ca was arrested for domestic crimes aginst her live-in girlfriend that included, 2 misdemeaner drunk drivings,domestic battery,exhibiting a firearm,felony dissuading a witness from reporting a crime and violating a state law by 'allegedly' disguising a $20,000.00 loan from her lover during an election campain..so, my question is, how is this 'judge' STILL a judge actively presiding over cases? shes on probation!! somebody PLEASE check into this, this cant be good, doesnt it make all judges look bad? to me it sends the message 'be a judge, get away with murder'... PLEASE somebody check into this, you can contact the santa maria times for more info. the 'good judge' was arrested on 12/21/02
thank you... this judge needs to not be on the bench, what can be done? it makes the whole legal system look really bad... isnt credibility a must in this game?
