Thank you all for your reponses, but let me clear the air a little
first off, I guess i just assumed that he was the estate lawyer,
but even so is it not his responsiblity to help and be the family
representive being that hes the one with the degreee? and that one
of hes reponsibilities is to make sure that we (meaning all heirs)
are informed and understand all that has happened? Next going on
with my lay understanding of the law, If i recieved any court doc's
from the lawyers office which i did mention were few to none, and
that i really did not understand don't i have the right to ask?
when i did call his office i never did speak to him but speaking
with his office aid, who happens to be his son, i left many
messages, also not just to ask questions but being that i was not
getting any court doc's in which all the rest of the family
recieved, i called to leave my phone # as well as my physical
address and po box. Even though i never recieved doc's for the
full and final accounting, which is what brought me to post this
question, i was the only one of us that did not sign the waive of
accounting, i really wanted to see where everything went beause as
you all know in probate families turn really nasty against each
other, and i just wanted to know. Thank you all OLY
