I'm not sure why you posted this on the legal ethics board. This chatboard is dedicated to discussions about professional responsibility for legal professionals. Attorneys, law students, and others in the legal profession should feel free to pose questions and discuss all issues related to legal ethics and professional responsibility. This should have been posted on either the Family Law chatboard or the Legal Questions chatboard. This board doesn't get checked often, only those that check the "Latest Buzz". Oh, well. I concur with Mikey. You don't know what to do. That's what attorneys are for. They know what to file and when. Your case is too complicated to instruct you how and what to file on a chatboard.
