Post: lawyer ethics

Posted by marlene drexler on 8/18/06

Is it ethical for an attorney to notarize papers which
involve his client in a voluntary termination situation,
whereas no witnesses or copies of such dealilngs are
provided to client. Example would be client, lawyer for
client and a juvenile officer present.
