    All a notarization is is the notary swearing that this
    person signed the paper. sometimes it is also added that
    the person signing swears that what the paper says is true
    or that he is signing it of his/her own free will. whomever
    the papers belong to keep them, if they don't belong to the
    client there's no obigation to give them to him/her. but if
    it's their attorney they're certainly allowed to ask for
