i'm going through a divorce for apprx. 8 months now... i
have payed my lawyer a retainer of 1,500.00 . i continue to
pay him 3-4 hundred dollars a month and right now i have an
outstanding bill of about 3,000.00... does may attorney
have the right to delay my case because of this financial
situation... ???
