1. First and foremost he needs to establish paternity before
he can request anything.
2. If a paternity (DNA) test proves that he is the bio-dad,
he can then request visitation, custody, etc. However,
nothing is guaranteed.
3. He will automatically be required to pay child support.
4. He needs to consult with a family law attorney.
