Does your husband have any legal custody? if the court order
says anything about each parent has right to child's medical,
school records, then i would make a copy of that. mail a copy
of the current custody order, and a letter requesting her
records from each school. if this does not work, you may need
a lawyer. you can go to www.lawguru.com and ask this question
there. a real lawyer will answer you. good luck.
