First, our attorney is out of the country right now and is
unreachable. And I am not sure what to do.
My wife’s, ex husband is harassing her with constant
insults and intimidation via Emails. Ironic this started
when our Attorney left, and won’t return for another 2
weeks. She is primary custodial parent. He even try’s to
tell her exactly what she will do and act with the kids.
With that said, my wife is 6 month pregnant. Last night I
had to take her to the hospital due to bleeding and
contractions. Every time he was harassing my wife via
Email, it would cause her to start with contractions. I am
afraid what may happen, should this cause us to lose our
baby, because of his constant harassing of email. Is
there any thing we can do? I guess we could not read the
emails, but we do have to pass information back and forth
about the kids they have together.
