I learned the best way to deal with folks who "punch your
buttons" is to change MYSELF. Don't let these people know
they have so much control over you as that is their real
goal. They control your emotions.
Don't waste time reading these emails.
Don't change emails, that just admits he has control.
DO create a generic message such as " At This Time Reciepient
Has Choosen NOT To Accept E-Mails From This Party". This can
be saved in your draft folder. Just cut and paste and hit
reply. This shows you are taking control of your life.
Your life will be much happier if you take control and don't
run, if you ever start running you will always be running.
Learn to "turn your back" to rude and nasty actions only
address the person when they are being respectful. They will
learn but it does take time to teach them and well worth the
time and effort.
