Your attorney needs to request that arrangements for visitation pick up/drop offs be specified in the next order. Blowing off visitation, even if it is because of roadblocks placed by the other parent, doesn't look good and it negatively impacts the relationship with the child (and that relationship is supposed to be the point of visitation). You can document your concerns, write everything down, date everything, and hand it over to your lawyer before court. It isn't likely to get you custody unless there are other issues, but it may help you get the next set of visitation orders spelled out more clearly.
