does a final court order ever expire in a child custody
case? if neither parent brings fourth any motions to the
courts? in 2005 my sons father was ordered to pay child
suport and visitations was set. we have not been to court
since we were never married. my son is 3 years old now,
and his father has a new wife who does not think he should
pay child suport He has moved out of state from New
Hampshire, to Mass. I was told by a relitive of his that
he is planning to go to the Mass courts and get full
custody of our son. can he do this? or will New
Hampshires court order still stand? If a court order does
expire how many years does it take to expire? any
    suggestions would be appreciated.
