Document EVERYTHING...when he gets them, when she doesn't allow visit, your phone records to show that he tries to contact the children. look up Parental Alienation (PA) and Hostile Agressive Parenting (HAP), it may help also. how old are the kids? they may be able to testify that the do not live with their mother, but with their grandmother instead. if thats the case, and it is proven, they may make him pay support to their grandmother, or he may be able to get custody. it all depends on the facts of the case. you can go to www.lawguru.com lawyers will give you some advice there, www.pafamilylaw.net/ if your case is in PA. even if its not, there are some helpful tips on how to build your case. i would still contact an attorney, get free consultations with all that you can, and if you do most of the work, they may charge you less, mine is. hope all of this helps, good luck :)
