I have a sister whom is 19 yrs old, She has twins that
will be 2 in July, and a is pregnant again to give birth
July of this year. Her and her boyfriend of 5 years are
splitting up, but he and his parents are threatening my
sister telling her if she leaves, he and his parents will
take her to court and take custody away. She is very
upset regarding this, she is a good mother. What are her
rights concerning leaving this horrible person. Her
boyfriend constantly has been having affairs, does drugs
and is just a loser.
