Post: Alienation/Taking children out of state Pennsylvania

Is it legal for the custodial parent to take our children out of state for vacations and such with out my knowledge if it is not in the court order? My ex has taken our daughters to MD three times, to Florida once, and their grandmother has taken them to NY once without my knowledge prior to it, i didn't find out till a week or so afterwards. Also, she will not give me any information pertaining to our children regarding doctors, schools, or activities which is in the order, and allows them to hear a TON of inappropriate remarks about me, and tells them i never wanted them. Our 3yr old even come over in clothes that would big a lil big on our 5yr old, to the point that she can't walk in them. Is there anything that i can do through the courts about any of this? And are my chances high about getting every weekend visits instead of my now every other Sat 8hrs? How hard is it to prove brainwashing or PA (parental alienation)? I can give you alot more information if you would like me to. just let me know in your post. this is Westmoreland county. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.
