It was pennsylvania. My bigger concern is grandmother is bipolar, my lawyer would not bring that up in court. she is on many meds, would not bring my children home on last court ordered visit, police would not make her told me to see lawyer in morning. this weekend she had week visit and i am concerned about her irrasional behavior lately and tried to prevent them from leaving state with mey children police went tomy aunts house while i was a work and removed them into her custody. i wanted to see the judge for further provisions to be placed first. i hope she retuns them On 6/29/08, Frankie wrote: > On 6/28/08, jessica@darla wrote: >> i have sole custody of my kids the grandparent got one >> weekend a month and 2 vacations for 1 week at a time the >> court order does not say they can take them out of state can >> they take them out of state? > > 1.
