I would have thought that she would have the 911 report as
evidence and she didn't. So I am thinking there really wasn't one.
I did go to the city court and they have postponed everything
until the circuit court judge hears everything. There was never
any mention about any 911 call except my X told them that she
tried to call 911. (that never happened). During our last court
date the circuit court judge asked both of us if there had ever
been any abuse against either one of us by the either and we both
said no and now my X is saying there was. I would think the judge
would have to think that she is either lying now or than...either
way it doesn't look good. I also have kept a journal of everything
that she has said and done and she has also altered an email which
I would think this would show that she can not be trusted. She was
going pro se until she had found out that I retained my attorney.
She is not using the same attorney as before though. We also now
have to exchange our son in the police station lobby which is fine
with me. This will then keep her from making false allegations. I
just don't know what else I can do.
