Ex girlfriend with whom i had a child with in michigan, i
admitted this child is mine, i pay support provide medical
benefits, i visit with her every other weekend. mother is
in county jail for 3 months, foc says i have no rights my
child. i do not know who is caring for my daughter. foc
says mother has the right to leave her with whom ever she
feels fit. i question her ability to make that kind of
decision. she does not work has a live-in boyfriend from
out of state who does not work either. i do not feel this
women makes rational decisions for herself much less for
my daughter. i am also paying for the birth due to the
fact she was uninsured at that time. do i have any rights
to my daughter in the state of mich. the foc says i pretty
much was a sperm donar with a payment, medical card, etc.
i would like to find out what and where i need to go with
out this getting too expensive.
