Has there been a paternity test? This is the only way you can have any say with your child. You need to contact an attorney and file for a paternity suit which encompasses custody and child support. And if you are paying anything to the mother or for the child all this is considered a gift prior to the test. I too am a father who has gone through the Macomb County FOC and until you are proven (DNA test) to be the father you are a legal stranger and has no say in anything.
