Go to the florida statutes web page and download the child support worksheet. fill it out with the new information and see what your payment obligation would be under the new circumstances. If substantial enough, file a petition for modification of child support citing the new circumstances and attaching the worksheet. If the change is substantial, there is a good likelihood of getting your support payment modified.
