Re: Father's Rights

The biological mother can not take and has not taken
something from the alleged biological father that he never
had.
Any paternal rights he might possibly have to HER child must
be established by a court of law. He will have to file a
petition to establish paternity (or whatever the application
document is called in his State) with the court or take
other apropriate legal and procedural measures under his
State's laws to get a court to establish his paternity.
If and only if and when a court with competent jurisdiction
determines he's biodaddy, then may he have any say so
whatsoever with what the mother does with their child.
Along with a finding of paternity almost always comes the
legal obligation to pay child support and the mere mention
of child support for 18 years usually sends the sperm donor
running for his life with a death grip on his wallet.
