I was wondering...If the biological father wanted an
abortion, pre-nup, paternity test, then have the child
given up for adoption...then threatened that even though
he doesnt care about the child he'll do what it takes to
take the child from me and threatened that he "knows
people" who do him favors...will he get visitation
rights??? He said all of this in front of witnesses as
well...what are my rights against this as a single unwed
mother trying to protect her unborn baby???
