    No.

    Just move, just move.

    Anybody can sue just about anybody for just about anything.

    If you're over 18, move where you want & deal with whatever
    happens. Why you're worrying about this is beyond me.

    They will not get custody of your children so long as the
    law has no reason to grant custody to the grandparents.
