My mother petition me and I was under 2FB, currently have
a work permit and permission to be here legally until
10/12, I am also grandfathered by 245-I, i stay here
throughout any adjustment of status. On March 19, 2010, I
married the man of my life, a US citizen whom I have know
for more than 16 years. However in April 7, 2010, he was
charged for a criminal case, he is incarcerated, we have
everything we need to get the paperwork file as we wanted
to travel for our honey moon to mexico, but Im missing the
passport photos of him. Where do I go before my work
permit expires or should o bail him so he can fight his
case and be out here, any advise would help and
consideration to hire your office
