I am an American citizen. I married my husband and
obtained his green card back in July of 2009.
Unfortunately, right around the time that we got married my
business tanked. My husband earns a very good living in
his country. If we were to survive financially, we had to
live there for most of the time because that was the only
way to earn an income. What is your advise pertaining the
3 year contined residence requirement? We do not want to
have to enter the US every 6 months in order to maintain
his resident status, yet we are afraid we will have
problems once the three years pass. Thank you for your
assistance.
