Hi,

I am a foreign nurse with a pending green card petition. I
am currently under H4 while my wife has an H1B visa which
is due to expire early next year. Do we still need to file
for an extension of my wife's H1B status? Or is it okay to
just wait for our EADs (working permit) and I-140s
(immigrant petition) which we will be receiving on two
months time. By the way my green card petition was filed
last Oct 30, 2006. Thanks for the answers..
