I like to bring my wife in US as quickly as posible.
Actually, she was here with immigrant visa in ten years ago
and stayed here about 5 years.She left US after staying five
years and never came back from India.It is almost five years
since she left US and her Green Card became invalid.She is
almost 65 years old and we want her to join us in US.I can
reapply immigrant visa for her but it will take at least
one year to be proccesed.Can I bring her wih visitor visa
and change it into immigrant visa? Thanks in advance for reply.
