Hi,
I am married to a permanent resident and about to file a
i-130 application. I would like to know how long it would
take for my priority date to be current suppose i file by
feb14,2007? I would also like to know when i can apply for a
work permit if a file by that date? if i can apply for i-765
immediately or would have to wait?... i am currently in the U.S.
