I have been on an L1B visa for 5 years (3 + 2) that will
expire in about six months. My question is, if I have
another company that is willing to sponsor me (all above
board they need my unique skills) can I get another L1B
with that company immediately or do I need to wait for the
12 months to pass before I can enter on another L1B?
