    The way of the real world, and the law. They
    should cover it till the problem is fixed.
    That's what there supposed to do. On the other
    hand, don't be surprise if you get black
    listed and you get your coverage droped.
    You'll be lucky if you can find coverage any
    where. And lastly, if you had any kind of
    water damage, beware when you go to sell. Alot
    of companys are keeping a list of all water
    damaged homes. May keep new buyers from
    getting a loan approved if your on that list.
