Post: Rtl Co mistake files evictn on rcd, says nothing they can do

WHAT CAN BE DONE??!! I was renting a home in las vegas
when one month i was late on rent, and was served an
eviction notice. I payed the late month's rent and current
months rent. Then continued to pay rent for the next 4
months until after my lease was up. I recieved my deposit
back in full with a smile. I currently applied to get a
condo and was told that the application was denied due to
an eviction on my record. I contacted the real estate
company and they told me that it was a mistake on their end
but there is nothing they can do to correct it on my
record. Does anyone know who to contact or if legal actions
need to be filed in order to get this resolved?
