Post: apartment being sold

Our apartment is being sold and we have 11 months left on
our 24 month lease. Since this breaks the lease with our
old landlord are we obligated to fulfill the remaining 11
months or can we give a 30 day notice to move to our new
landlord. And then who has to return our security
deposit? Can the old landlord sell our lease? Are we
obligated to comply with it if it was sold? We live in
Ohio.
