    Please get a lawyer, and countersue. Legal aid, somebody.
    Meantime do your homework. Get a report from the fire
    department, take traveling notary, check records. You might
    not have nothing now, if you sit and cry, you will be cry to
    the tune of 124,00 and you may have trouble renting. Many
    landlords are decent people but some are sadistic. Counter
    sue for the lawsuit and your losses, stresses, whatever, but
    win or lose you have to stop crying, roll up your sleeves
    and get help or fight alone, either way you loss material
    items not your self respect.
