    Hi Tim,
    Same thing here. EXACTLY the same thing. It'll be 2 months tomorrow
    that we got married and 1 month since I filed for divorce. I'm still
    waiting my court date. I too am over 40K+ in debt beause he
    fraudelently used my credit cards, ATM cards etc. 1 month before we
    got married.
