    I agree 100 percent.

2 Years and 18 days ago I went into the Naval Hospital
at Camp Lejeune via ambulance. I had pain at the
Solar Plexis and Annum of the rib cage. I was placed in the
waiting room for over 2 hours by the civilians while
those with runny noses and mild fevers were taken
care of. (This type occurrances started in the Navy
Hospital ER in 1986 when Civilians first began working
    there.)

After I was visibly in shock the civilian PA finally saw me
and ordered X-Rays. After seeing that my lungs (Almost
50 years old) were as pristine as a teenager's; they
my problem was diareah (SP?) I was then sent home while still
    in pain.

*****WHEN I REACHED HOME I CALLED THE X-RAY FILES SECTION
AND ASKED THE NAVY CORPSMAN WHAT HE SAW. HE SAW IMMEDIATELY
THAT I HAD A SEVERE CASE OF PNEUMOTHORAX (AIR TRAPPED BETWEEN
THE LUNGS AND OTHER TISSUES.) SINCE PNEUMOTHORAX IS A
COMMON ACCURRANCE FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF THE NAVY; I WAS
TOLD TO ADMINISTER THE FIRST AID FOR IT IF POSSIBLE.

i THE TOOK OUT A FOOTBALL INFLATION NEEDLE AND GROND OFF THE
END TO MAKE A CATHETER. I THE LAYED ON MY RIGHT SIDE TO
FORCE ALL OF MY WEIGHT THERE AND FORCE THE AIR TO THE
LEFT SIDE OF MY CHEST CAVITY. I THEN USED THE CATHETER TO
VENT MY THORAX. THE PAIN IMMEDIATELY CEASED. (I still
have the wart that follows the first aid as a reminder
    of the civilian doctors imcompetence.)

A Month later a Dr Luu who had insinuated himself as
my "So Called" **Medical Coordinator/Manger** sent me
a letter to make an appointment for one of his male
equivalents to a coat hanger abortion at some
alley clinic in Jacksonville, N.C. based on the
    above incident.

I couild go on forever about these clowns; but there's only
"So Much Space" for each item.
