I was hit by another vehicle who accepted full
responsiblity. My car was totalled and paid. No ambulance
came on scene. Their insurance is offering $4,000 in injury
claim and refuses to pay any more.

I owe my doctor $2,500. Is $4,000 a realistic settlement
offer? I'm in Orange County California.
