    Well, if she is threatening to report you to the authorities,
    you should look for another roommate. If the basic trust needed
    to live under the same roof is gone then if it isn't the mail it
    will be something else that breaks your agreement to live as
    roommates. Again, I can't imagine a court taking time to hear
    such a petty claim. Just move on -- it is not worth arguing
    about.
