Now, I suppose you could refuse to pay the bills until you are provided with an original copy or maybe you could demand you be included on the address label. This is difficult because this dispute is between two roommates. You two will have to come to some agreement or agree to terminate your roommate relationship. This goes deeper than just not being able to open the bills. You two have a fundamental difference that is going to make being roommates impossible. Either fix your differences or call it quits. As for who can sue who and who can make a criminal case against who -- I don't know. Just settle it between two adults or spend a fortune in attorney's fees to settle in court.
