First off, I would ask your Accounting Manager for an
explaination. I would then instruct your 401k provider to mail
your account information **directly** to your home. As I stated,
if it is sent to your employers address, they can open it no
matter who it is addressed to. It is highly unethical but they
can do it.

My provider mails my statements and other account related
information directly to my home; yours should too.
