What the employer has to do is return mail or packages that are not addressed to him or his business that is the Legal thing to do, but than again some employers are not honest neither do they abide by any Laws Yes I agree with another 'poster' here and do talk to your local Postal Inspector and explain your situation and we will see how diferent his response to your question will be from the ones you are getting here I used to work for the Post office for 9 years holding a high position and I should know, most States have the same Laws regarding personal mail Timothy On 12/03/05, DontHurtMe wrote: > I get things addressed to me at work all the time.
