    Please check old posts on this board. There are numerous
    posts/discussions on this topic where you should find your answer.

    My$0.02:The third party is the agent of her employer. Ergo,
    her employer can open mail from its own agent AND it can open
    any mail received at its place of business addressed to its
    employeee[s].
